Topograph is a new residential community nestled in a forested ridge in Auburn, MA. Developed for those who want an accessible escape from city living, who appreciate the beauty and freedom of the outdoors, and who want to be a part of the vitality of a growing community.

The brand for Topograph, and all of its touchpoints, reinforce this sense of nature and ease. The name and identity was inspired by the site itself. Elevated at the top of a ridge, the topographic maps required for the development are physical representations of the land forms that shape the community.

The identity embodies a personality that is casual, effortless, and down-to-earth, while flexing to match the ambition of its residents with a lively and adventurous spirit. The distinction creates an attractive product and its consistency across the resident’s journey supports a strong affinity for the community.

Topograph is currently under construction and reservations are open with leasing and management by Wingate Companies. A new clubhouse is also in the works, developed in collaboration with design partners at PCA. More to come…
